This issue has now been resolved.
Monitoring
A hotfix has been applied to remove the change that turns off spending limits when a card is suspended.
We are currently monitoring the behavior of the issue and will provide further updates shortly.
Identified
Cause identified. We have identified that since 08 January 2026 at 15:30 spending limits for cards that were suspended were automatically set to inactive.
A release to fix the underlying cause is being deployed now.
We are reviewing and restoring all affected limits, and we are assessing all spend on these cards to determine whether any transactions exceeded the configured limits.
Investigating
When cards are suspended the velocity controls to limit card spending are being deactivated. This is being investigated as a critical priority and we will provide further updates shortly.
